The Fabri-Flange System takes a flat sheet with the male and female seams and notches already pre punched for “l” shape or fully wrapped duct and with no operator input.
The machine automatically forms the TDF/TDC (option of flange) and folds the duct up into a “ L shape “ or fully wrapped duct the flange formed then it will close the Pittsburgh Duct with minimal operator input.
The outboard rolls are equipped with a clip for the duct and the other side an external TDF/TDC rolls for fittings. A chomper is an optional extra (see below).
The Fabri-Flange takes advantages of a full duct coil line, free standing roll former and clip roll former all into one thus saving space and at a fraction of the cost.
The machine can be ordered by left discharge or right as per customers workflow.
This machine also can be optioned with the chomper (slitter as standard).
The machine come standard with tdf/tdc rolls 20,30,35 mm are all options.
Outboard clip rolls and flange for fittings are also standard.
Easy swap over roll set can swap roll sizes quickly if required.
