The Fabri-Flange machine then takes the sheet and forms the TDF/TDC (option of flange) flange and folds the duct up into an “L-shape” or fully wrapped box but now with the flange formed.
The outboard rolls are equipped with a clip for the duct and the other side an external TDF/TDC rolls for fittings manufacture.
The Fabri-Flange takes advantages of a full Duct coil line, free standing roll former and clip roll former all into one thus saving space and at a fraction of the cost.
